Ajay Patel
Co-founder

Ajay co-founded HighQ Solutions in 2001. He oversees HighQ’s global operations, infrastructure and client delivery. Ajay brings a solid experience in corporate strategy and business management having previously held senior positions at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

Ajay is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having gained his professional qualification in the London office of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ajay holds a first class honours in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Manchester and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics.

Veenay Shah
Co-founder

Veenay co-founded HighQ Solutions in 2001. He oversees HighQ’s global business development and marketing activities.

Prior to HighQ, Veenay worked as a banking lawyer at Allen & Overy and Denton Wilde Sapte, where he gained extensive experience in legal deal making and transaction execution. Veenay qualified as a lawyer in 1997 and has a LLB Honours from the University of Manchester.

Saviz Izadpanah
IT Director

Saviz joined HighQ in 2005 as the IT Director, responsible for leading HighQ technology strategy, product management and product development.

Prior to HighQ, Saviz was the global head of Debt Capital Markets IT at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the program management of multiple applications including Deutsche Bank’s online debt order capture system “dbbonds” for the global DCM sales teams. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Saviz was part of the lead web development team at Barclays Capital.

Saviz holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Imperial College of London.

Stuart Barr
Director

Stuart leads product strategy at HighQ Solutions and has over 12 years experience in web and e-business development, strategy and management.

Stuart joined HighQ from leading social computing consultancy Headshift, where he was Head of Operations. Previously, Stuart was Online Services Manager at leading international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was responsible for the firm’s various online activities. Prior to that, he held a similar position at Hays plc.

Stuart has a business degree from Cardiff University and a keen interest in the web and technology in general, in particular how it can be used inside the enterprise to enhance communication and collaboration.

Michael Worth
VP, North America

Michael has been providing technology solutions to businesses for over 25 years.

He has assisted organizations in a wide variety of business lines including law firms, Fortune 500 corporate legal departments, Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and non-profit organizations.

Michael has been involved in successful implementations of hardware, software applications and network operating systems. Throughout his career he has applied emerging technologies from Xerox, SoftSolutions, Novell and Thomson Elite into productive business solutions. Prior to joining HighQ Solutions Michael participate on the management team at Kraft Kennedy.

In this role he worked closely with law firms and corporate law departments, understanding how they work and providing guidance in process and technology improvements.
